Before the Saxon Epic Pagan Black Metal band SAXORIOR will celebrate its 30th band anniversary next year along with their new album „Ewighaid“ & a few festival appearances, they will release the „Die Heimat brennt“ 10″ Mini LP on October 10th 2023, limited to 333 copies. This release will be promoted by a string of club shows.
After three demos and a split-release, Kiel-based Black Metal band Skardus releases its debut album "Stormriek". Lyrically, the album deals with the myths and legends from the land between the North and Baltic Seas. Fast Black Metal meets old school Death Metal and Heavy Metal riffing as well as acoustic guitars. Fitting to the background stories, the lyrics are written in High German, Low German and Frisian.
And no hammer blow could not be stronger than this mighty opus. Mastermind Stephan Gauger has without a doubt crowned his previous work with this album. Produced by Markus Stock (Empyrium, The Vision Bleak, Sun of the Sleepless) at Klangschmiede Studio E, „Portale“ will be released as a luscious artbook CD featuring a 48-page booklet, limited to 300 copies.
Besides 2 brand new songs, it will contain also 3 cover versions. The first one is de facto not even a cover, as it is a remake of the song "Infernational" from the debut album of HYPNOS from 2000, and it will certainly be interesting to hear how the song sounds after 23 years. The second cover is even older song “Short Report on the Ritual Carnage” written by HYPNOS frontman Bruno in 1995 for the album "Lies" of the band KRABATHOR.
Eden Weint Im Grab will be on their „Apokalypse Galore“ tour in spring and summer 2023. The pitch black new album of the Berliner Dark Metal band is scheduled for a release before the tourstart. Stay tuned for more album info in a bit.
ZMEY GORYNICH is a very unorthodox non-standard, extreme music project from Moscow, Russia. Playing a mixture of perky theatrical Metal with Russian Folk instruments, Pagan & Black Metal elements and even Deathcore breakdowns with unique Slavonic Skomorokh-themed lyrics.
Finnish Blackgaze high fliers EINVIGI have signed a deal with Einheit Produktionen. The Turku-based four-piece is currently recording their second album which will be released 22.04.2022 on Digi-CD and (due to the current pressing plant utilization) vinyl early 2023 , by the German label.

On „Wielandstahl“ Surturs Lohe present nine songs, that could not be more epic and primeval. This is old school Thuringian Pagan Metal. High velocity riffing is contrasted with mighty choirs and folky use of the flute embellishes acoustic guitar arrangements, reminiscent of early works of Ulver.
Czech death metal commando HYPNOS reveals the front cover and tracklist of their upcoming album. Follower of last work “The Whitecrow”, entitled “The Blackcrow”, was recorded in Czech ŠOPA STUDIO with sound engineer Stanislav Valášek (Silent Stream Of Godless Elegy, Malignant Tumour, Dying Passion).
